Google Sheets: We store your contact form data in Google Sheets for record-keeping and to manage inquiries. Google Workspace is GDPR-compliant and processes data securely according to their Data Processing Terms.
Data Retention: We retain your personal data for 12 months from the date of collection, after which it will be securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Calendly: We use Calendly to manage appointments and scheduling. When you book an appointment: Calendly collects your name, email address, and any information you provide during the booking process Calendly processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement Calendly is GDPR-compliant and handles your data securely
